Job Description


  • Attend and assist walk in customers, telephone skills and able to assist in maintain customers database and backup company system / platform / Mobile Apps.
  • Handle clerical duties such as faxing, scanning, printing, copying and filing documents.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • To support the HR and admin team day to day administrative duties including writing letter.
  • Assist in supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and stock take.
  • Liaise with government departments officer in applying government certificate.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
