Work Location : Persiaran Budiman, Seksyen 23, Shah AlamJob Responsibilities
Perform day to day clerical function (billing mgt, ordering, etc) to ensure smooth running of administration function.
To support on receiving visitors with proper guidance and handling general inquiries and create a friendly conversation with customer oriented services.
To support for guest hospitality in well assisted and entertain including serving of refreshment.
Handle all incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Monitor the Admin facilities & assets.
Perform hotel reservation, flight ticket booking and ensure all records are well documented.
To assist on company mailing & courier service administration.
Assist in renewal of company\'s licences, permits and insurance .
Provide support on expatriate & staff welfare matters: accommodation, transportation, movement, hotel reservation, flight ticket, canteen coupon, company\'s event.
To provide support & facilitate on related company activities and service on welfare, programmes and event or similar activities (canteen services, sports recreation activities, company events, etc).
Monitor driver\'s over time records to ensure meet section monthly budget.
Control and monitor the utilization of expenses as per budgeted.
Monitor and ensure inventory of company\'s uniform is sufficient so that meet the manpower and budget needs.
To participate NMM company activities (5S, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, QMS Documentation, etc) as assigned.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or certificates in HR or Business Administration or Office Management.
Minimum 1 year working experience will be an added advantage.
Candidate must effective verbal and listening communication skills, ability to work independently & under pressure.
Good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality.
