Job Requirements: 1. Possess SPM/STPM/Diploma in administration or equivalent 2. Minimum two (2) years of related working experience 3. Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office 4. Good interpersonal skills, dependable and hardworking Job Responsible: 1. Responsible for administrative work. 2. Answer telephone calls or take messages. 3. Assist superior in daily administrative duties. 4. Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents. 5. Handling physical stock check. 6. End of the month, count the stock balance. 7. Prepare weekly outstanding report and follow-ups. 8. Handling of customers enquiry. 9. Controlling and maintaining efficient filing system. 10. Accurately enter data from paper files into computer systems. 11. Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms. 12. Preparation of Delivery Order and Invoice. 13. Arrangement of transport for delivery of materials to project site. 14. To perform other related duties as may be required by the Superior or Management.
