Bookkeeping and handling full set of accounts Perform bank reconciliation, creditors and debtors aging Submit accounts for auditing Ensure proper filling and maintenance of accountancy filling Ensuring all accounting system, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy Manage accounting jobs assigned, ensuring all jobs are done diligently and timely manner Able to handle internal audit function Other ad-hoc tasks that required assistance to expedite office work flow Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered in a timely manner Ability to multi-task and be efficient in meeting deadlines Able to work in a group Requirements Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above Highly motivated, self-disciplined and responsible. Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, multiple task and independently. Proficient in Microsoft office application such as words, excel and power point At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Prayer 5 times per day
