Secretary cum Admin

Requirements and skills

a) Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant.

b) Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.

c) High degree of multi-tasking and time manegement capability.

d) Excellent written and communication skills.

e) Integrity and professionalism.

f) Proficiency in MS Office.

g) Able to perform tasks indenpendently with minimum supervision.

Jobs desscription

a) Manage day to day operations by answering phones, running errands as per instructed,
routine administrative duties such as drating correspondences,invoices and quotations,
scheduling appointments, organizing files and updating and reporting to respective heads.

Remuneration will be based on knowledge, skills and abilities to carry out the tasks.
