*Serving walk-in customers and customers from whatsapp messages *Provide general administrative and clerical support *Receive and arrange incoming stock *Send invoice, email purchase order to supplier *Assist in resolving any problems with customer *Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries *Responsible for operating cash payment machines *Prepare packaging for shopee customers (spare parts) *Maintain the cleanliness of the shop
