Job Description

Job Purpose:



To support the daily administrative operations of the production department by handling documentation, record-keeping, and communication efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, organize, and update production-related documents and records. Manage attendance records of production staff and assist in preparing monthly reports. Assist in preparing the production schedule and ensure copies are distributed to relevant personnel. Perform data entry and filing of documents related to production processes. Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations. Prepare material requisition forms or equipment request forms when required. Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies for the production department. Provide administrative support to the production supervisor or executive as needed.

Job Requirements:



SPM/STPM/Diploma in a related field. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role (experience in a production department is an added advantage). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and organizational skills. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Tujuan Jawatan:



Menyokong operasi harian jabatan pengeluaran melalui tugasan pentadbiran yang cekap dan teratur, termasuk penyediaan laporan, pengurusan rekod, dan komunikasi dalaman.

Tanggungjawab Utama:



Menyediakan, menyusun dan mengemas kini dokumen serta rekod pengeluaran. Mengurus kehadiran pekerja produksi dan menyokong penyediaan laporan kehadiran bulanan. Membantu dalam penyediaan jadual pengeluaran dan memastikan salinan diedarkan kepada pihak berkaitan. Menjalankan tugasan pengisian data dan pemfailan dokumen berkaitan proses pengeluaran. Berkomunikasi dengan jabatan lain untuk memastikan kelancaran proses pengeluaran. Menyediakan borang permohonan bahan mentah atau peralatan pengeluaran jika diperlukan. Menyelia dan menguruskan inventori alat tulis serta keperluan pejabat jabatan pengeluaran. Menyokong penyelia atau eksekutif produksi dalam tugas berkaitan lain mengikut keperluan.

Keperluan Jawatan:



SPM/STPM/Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan. Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun dalam tugasan pentadbiran (pengalaman dalam jabatan pengeluaran adalah satu kelebihan). Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) dengan baik. Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan organisasi yang baik. Teliti, bertanggungjawab dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari atau dalam kumpulan.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
