Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: -

1] To manage, sorting, and print daily TOD from EC-soft programme and forward to warehouse.

2] To key in Batch No and forward to lab for COA purpose.

3] To manage daily DO from Accounts department and process daily DO, pass to transporter company.

4] To manage Genting's DO and attached with bar code.

5] To update daily production running batch number into production logbook.

6] To prepare daily production planning form (daily container & carton box, packing Instruction and production request).

7] To provide "Packing Instruction" daily to Lab department for pass sticker control.

8] To print all daily batch number sticker and forward to Lab department for verification. Once verified, handover the verification sticker to production person in-charge.

9] To arrange TOD for tote/tanker delivery order from production.

10] To make a photocopies of all incoming Delivery raw material and submit to Accounts department.

11] To write down COA details on delivery sheet copies for incoming material to Lab department.

12] To update monthly Tote's in and out movement into system.

13] To update, filing and maintain all relevant document requirement such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 and HALAL certification.

14] To manage ERP system daily production consumption, stock replenishment, raw material reordering, job order creation and etc.

15] Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Administration or equivalent. Have knowledge in ERP System will be an added advantage. Soft skill Microsoft Office. Able to handle work pressure and ability to meet deadline. Prefer : male
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
