Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and filing documents, as well as, other relevant administrative tasks
  • Documenting and updating debtors, creditors, and projects\xe2\x80\x99 data entry
  • Organizing projects execution and compiling daily report
  • Managing office stationeries, including making orders, buying and organizing them
  • Executing other administrative related tasks, as and when the needs arise
  • Being in charge of logistics matters
Requirements
  • Working experience of one \xe2\x80\x93 two years
  • Able to communicate effectively, self-driven with work responsibilities, and exude positivity at work
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
