Job Description

Nikgil Maintenance Services Sdn Bhd is a service provider company which are providing maintenance services on drinks equipment to customer.

Office Location : No 12, Jalan Industri Bukit Badong 3, Taman Industri Bukit Badong, 45620 Ijok Selangor.

ADMIN CLERK



- handling phone calls

- replying customer mails

- daily checking & updating reports

- updating job assign with necessary spare parts list

- follow up done & pending jobs with technical team & customer

- documentation and proper filing

- leadership, punctual, friendly, teamwork, fast learner

- able to use Microsoft (excel, word, power point)

- well spoken / written in English & Malay (Tamil & Mandarin are additional)

- immediate hiring

- permanent position

- able to drive forklift (additional)
