Job Description

Job Requirement - Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. - Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping, cataloging, and efficient task management. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels. - Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. - Knowledge of art history or the art market is a plus, but not required. Job Responsibility/ - Handle auction administration tasks, including consignment management, documentation, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of consignment records. - Coordinate the scanning and photography of auction items for cataloging, ensuring high-quality images and accurate descriptions. - Assist in the preparation and coordination of auctions, exhibitions, and events, including logistical arrangements, venue coordination, and documentation. - Perform general office administration duties, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. - Collaborate with different departments to facilitate seamless communication, information sharing, and efficient workflow. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to auction items, consignments, and general inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses. - Support the cataloging process by organizing and maintaining digital and physical auction catalogs.
