  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.

  • Coordinate auction cataloguing, including cataloging items, documenting relevant information, and ensuring accurate and organized records.
  • Assist in the participation and organization of events, including coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and providing on-site support.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, drafting correspondence, and managing office documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures.
