Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management and team including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
Respond to inquiries from clients and team members in a professional manner.
Support HR functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or office management are a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
