Tanggungjawab

Sales Admin
  • Provide high quality sales service and maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Work closely with the team and provide the relevant info to customers.
  • Any other duties and relevant task will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor and management.
Logistic Admin
  • Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices & Delivery Order).
  • Schedule shifts for drivers.
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their delivery.
  • Any other duties and relevant task will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor and management.
Warehouse Admin
  • Perform accurate inventory variance counts and inventory reconciliation counts.
  • Handle the logistics operational activities such as outgoing, receiving and storing.
  • Weekly and monthly stocks take.
  • Any other duties and relevant will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor and management.
