We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Admin Clerk
to manage the daily stock in and stock out operations. The ideal candidate will be in charge of updating stock cards, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting general administrative tasks. This role requires good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Fresh graduates/school leavers are welcomed to apply.
Working Location:
Bukit Pasir, Muar
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock in and stock out activities
Maintain and update stock cards accurately
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory reports
Liaise with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure stock accuracy
Filing and data entry related to stock records
Job Requirements:
Possess a minimum SPM education level.
Must be computer literate.
Attentive and actively pursue to his/her responsibilities.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
