Minimum SPM/Diploma in any discipline or equivalent

Have basic computer skill
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess high sense of responsibilities, Detail-oriented and able to work at own initiative
Responsibilities:
To perform daily administrative work, admin records and related documents including answer call, maintenance of office equipment and etc.
To response emails, whatsapp and enquiries
To maintain a proper and updated filing system for accounting records in the form of softcopy & hardcopy.
To assist in documentation of sales administration including issue payment receipt and sales invoice, etc..
To perform basic data entry
To perform ad-hoc task as and when required
