LOADING & UNLOADING ITEMS TO LORRY / CUSTOMERS OPEN SALES ORDER, DELIVERY ORDER (DO) & INVOICE RETRIEVE SALES ORDER TO WMS SYSTEM & PRINT PICKING LIST FOR STORE CHECKING EMAIL FOR PURCHASE ORDER (PO) FROM HOTEL & HOSPITAL CHECKING DAILY INVOICE BRING BACK FROM LORRY DRIVERS DEALING WITH QUOTATIONS WITH HOTEL & HOSPITAL ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMER WITH GOOD MANNER. HELPING ON DOCUMENTS FILLING, REPORTS AND ANY AD HOC JOB FOR ADMINISTRATIVE JOB ANSWERING PHONE CALLS GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT AND OTHER RELEVANT AD-HOC TASKS
