  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Handle clients\' inquiries and provide assistance
  • Monitor documents despatch and received
  • Recording documents flow and filing
  • Check status of job on hand with Event Coordinator and update Purchase Order list
  • Courier Service Arrangement
