JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES: - A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team - Handle administration duties such as filing, answering phone calls, sorting and documents, scheduling appointments, maintaining office records, replying email and preparing quotation to the customers - Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information including data management and filing. - Compile and prepare information, presentation slide and reports according to written or verbal instructions. - Follow-up all matters and progress updates. - Delivering scripted talks that describe the company\xe2\x80\x99s products or services. - Following up on previous customers for potential sales. - Performs other related duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - This position for female only. - Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent - Strong organizing skills, independent, initiative, multi-tasking, result oriented and able to perform under stress. - Pleasant, warm personality with good communicative skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia is a must. - Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Drive is a must.
