Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Prepare and update records related to transportation schedules, delivery notes, and invoices.
Assist in coordinating with drivers, customers, and operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, letters).
Support HR and finance functions with attendance, claims, and petty cash tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper record-keeping.
Perform other clerical and support duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
1-2 years of working experience in administrative or clerical role (transportation/logistics industry is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) UBS system will be advantageous
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
