Job Description


Company Overview The company is a one-stop solution total logistics service provider that provides clienteles with hassle-free experience when it comes to shipping or logistics matters.
Responsibilities:

  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoice, checks, etc
  • To assist in daily office administrative tasks which include documentation, filling, correspondence and following up on pending matters
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
  • To perform general clerical tasks & duties
  • Responsible for any assigned general job
  • To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer skill
  • Able to work independently
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
  • Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
