Kelayakan

  • Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/\xe2\x80\x9dO\xe2\x80\x9d Level
  • At least 1 year of experience in Admin Clerk Field/Data entry field
  • Language required: English, BM, Mandarin
  • Must know how to use computer and email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Independent, team player, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills.
  • Location: HQ - Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras
Tanggungjawab
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Daily data entry, receive orders and billing of invoices/quotations/proforma invoice/credit notes/memos etc and filing
  • Receiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes
  • Assist with any functions of the day to day operations within Admin Department
  • Liaise with Store Department and Operations Manager for shipment of goods
  • Submitting weekly/monthly report accordingly to Sales/Senior Manager
