Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
Assist in mailing
Assist on delivery document (Delivery Order, Invoice, Customs Form)
Booking courier service or transporter for pick-up (document, parcel, packages etc.)
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain computer and manual filling systems
Assist in DOE report.
Requirements :
SPM with one year experience in clerical jobs
Good in Microsoft Office
Can communicate well and write in Malay & English
Working hours - Monday to Saturday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
