Job Description

Job Responsibilities: - Provide and assist the day to day of overall administrative support, clerical service in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. - Co-ordinate and execute administration work and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time-ti tme. - Arranging both in-house and external events. - Ordering and maintaining admin and equipment supplies. - Enquire, compare and prepare proposal on buying of company equipment, facility. - Manage requests for documentation and create templates for future use. - Develop, reviews and maintain a company\'s ISO management system and the documents needed. - Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date. - Manage, reviewing and updating documents with the organization (e.g manuals and workflows) - Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. - Actively resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems to limit work disruptions within the company. - Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned. - Above scope of work will change or adjust form time to time or from one type of work to another in accordance with the requirement of work base on company discretion.
