Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide support to the branch and customer by handling a variety of tasks including assisting Warehouse management matters.
JOB RESPPONSIBILITY
Oversee daily branch operations and coordinate with HQ and other branches
Manage sales billing, payment collection, credit notes, warranty claims, stock transfers, and related documentation
Handle petty cash, expense claims, and payment submissions in accordance with company policies
Verify and calculate drivers' and service technicians' monthly commission and incentives for HQ submission
Coordinate operational activities including cycle counts and stock takes
Support office administration, documentation, filing, stationery, and upkeep of office equipment and assets
Assist in daily operational needs and perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION
SPM/STPM or higher education in related discipline.
SKILLS
Good computer skills
Good communication both verbal and written : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Good teamwork and adaptive
Good planning and organization
Willing to perform OT as and when required.
