Proven experience in a similar administrative role (2+ years)

Travel Arrangements: Take charge of booking travel, securing business visas, and arranging transport and accommodations for business trips, making travel hassle-free.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to employees and management, stepping in for ad-hoc tasks as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
