Position : Admin Contract Services

Scope of Works:

  • Support contract administration, including PR/PO preparation, tracking, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with contractors on quotations, claims, service confirmations, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing for contract-related documents.
  • Assist in monitoring contract performance and compliance with requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for HSE tracking, campaigns, and activities.
Minimum Requirement(s):
  • Diploma in Science/Engineering/Technology OR Certificate from INSTEP (or equivalent).
  • Valid OGSP & CIDB (or equivalent) certification.
