Job Responsibility Handle company inventory and outlet report Handling recruitment on selected websites Preparing staff duty roster monthly Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying Perform data entry Assist in resolving any administrative problems Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Maintain up-to-date employee handbook and treatment SOP Ordering retail product through supplier Knowledge in handling social media is advantage Issue any memo related to product, retail and treatment SOP Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data Produce reports, presentations and briefs Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / \'\'O\'\' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / \'\'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field with at least 1-2 year working experience is required. Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure Able to communicate with English averagely Looking for a stable and permanent job Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals. Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
