We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Admin to manage customer data, update records, and support sales and marketing activities through the CRM system.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
Track customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups
Generate basic reports (sales, leads, customer activity)
Support sales and marketing teams with CRM data
Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation
Assist with customer segmentation and campaigns
Handle administrative tasks related to CRM operations
Requirements:
Experience in CRM systems
Good computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
