Admin And Account Executive

Job Description
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration/ Social Sciences / IT / Accounts / or any building industries related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Can speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- Support for administrative procedures and documentation necessary for projects
- Manage, Coordinate, check and monitor and record all project-related documents (quotation/invoice/manpower record/productivity report /staff leave/incentive record/ performance review)
- Prepare invoice, payroll, claims and any finance work-related
- Liaise with client\'s finance department and monitor the status of payment collection
- Managing staff\'s attendance and daily activities
- Monitor inventory of offices and the purchasing of new material or equipment
- Maintain and monitor workplace cleanliness and tidiness
- Any other duties as assigned
