Admin Cum Account Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy Admin Cum Account Executive to support daily administrative operations and basic accounting tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, accurate financial documentation, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities



Administration



Manage documents, filing, and internal records. Prepare letters, emails, invoices, and company paperwork. Handle office supplies, stationery, and inventory documents. Assist in HR tasks such as attendance, leave tracking, and onboarding. Coordinate daily communication with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

Accounting



Handle data entry into accounting system (SQL) Prepare invoices, DOs, quotations, and payment vouchers. Assist in monthly closing reports. Manage petty cash and staff claims. Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure all documents are updated. Work with external accountants, auditors & tax agents when needed.

Reporting & Support



Provide weekly report summaries to management. Support the CEO and operations team with admin or finance tasks when required.

Requirements



Female candidates aged

22-30 years old

preferred. Minimum

Diploma

in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. At least

1-2 years of working experience

(fresh grads encouraged to apply). Good with numbers and organised. Strong attention to detail & high level of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel Knowledge in SQL is an added advantage. Responsible, honest, punctual, and good communication skills. Able to work independently & in team

Working Hours



Monday - Friday:

8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday& Sunday: Rest Day

Salary & Benefits



Salary Range:

RM 2100 - RM 2600 (based on experience & skills)
