Job Responsibilities: - \xc2\xb7 Acting as administrative point of contact on assigned residential properties including liaison with leasing agent on leasing matter and management office on property maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Data entry, update database and prepare monthly report in the excel format. \xc2\xb7 Prepare daily billing payment for finance department (e.g., utilities bill, internet bill, maintenance bill, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain relationships with relevant parties PIC such as management offices and operators. \xc2\xb7 Working closely with operators with rental collection and occupancy reports and updates. \xc2\xb7 Document customer problems and dissatisfactions, offer solutions, keep operators informed and provide feedback of actions taken. \xc2\xb7 Undertakes other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior/management when necessary \xc2\xb7 Performed administrative support functions and accounts activities \xc2\xb7 Ensured proper filing of all documents related to company\xe2\x80\x99s activities \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain on the human resources issues \xe2\x80\x93 EPF, SOCSO, medical issue and other duties in relation to payroll matters \xc2\xb7 All other duties necessary in relation to admin matters Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Property Management / Real Estate or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Administration experience in building management office act as added advantage \xc2\xb7 Strong multi-tasking ability with good attention to details and deadlines \xc2\xb7 Hands-on, self-initiative and resourceful \xc2\xb7 Organized and detail oriented in record update and keeping. \xc2\xb7 Able to work effectively in a team environment. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate openness to new procedures, technology, and structure. \xc2\xb7 Skills: MS Office, MS Excel, Google Docs \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and mature with good interpersonal and communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
