Job Description


As the Admin cum Account Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, requiring effective coordination with the sales, project, and finance teams to ensure seamless processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and follow-up of documentation such as invoices and purchase orders.
  • Back-end administration support for the operation, sales, and project teams.
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Office supplies management for various departments.
  • Documentation filing and organization.
  • Travel, transport, and accommodation coordination for business trips.
  • Assistance in essential task reminders for the Director.
  • Verification of staff claims and suppliers\' invoices.
  • Preparation of balance sheets and processing of invoices.
  • Generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintenance of proper filing of accounting documents for bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge of SQL accounting systems.
  • SST matters management, including submission deadlines, calculation, claimable items, and reporting.
  • Preparation of yearly audit schedules for external auditing purposes.
  • Oversight of the credit control function, ensuring healthy monthly debt collections from customers.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

; Requirements: -

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of working experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in both Bahasa English and Bahasa Melayu (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Independent, responsible, with excellent communication skills.
