PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LOOKING FOR AN ADMIN cum ACC EXECUTIVELocation: Kuching
Responsible for regular reconciliation of bank balances & FULL SET Accounts
Handling of daily account operation activities; such as processing AR, AP transactions and updating GL ledgers
Perform and update data entry for accounts and audit purposes
To prepare notices, letters, and reports within the specific time
Processing sites staff claims and expenses
Assist in all aspects of human resources functions such as manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, leave, attendance, and payroll processing
Coordinate recruitment & training activities
To oversee and monitor general office administration matters
Preparing company monthly expenses payment and update all accounts transaction into system
REQUIREMENT
Min Diploma or Degree in Office Finance/Account, HR or equivalent
Experience in Property Management will be the additional advantage
Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Additional Mandarin languages /dialects are an advantage.
Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law
Preferably to start immediately
