Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

A degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Process invoices and payments
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
Handle payroll and employee benefits administration
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems
Provide support to other departments as needed
