Admin Cum Accountant

Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a digital filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents and reports.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of office management systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and scanners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess at least SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with clients via phone and email.
