ADMIN CUM RECEPTIONIST JOB SUMMARY As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company and greet all customers who visit the Centre. Your responsibility including answering phone call, reply messages, coordinate front-desk activities, managing classes, handle administrative work and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management. JOB RESPONSIBILITY RECEPTIONIST DUTIES \xc2\xb7 Ensuring all walk-in inquiries are attended promptly and appropriately. \xc2\xb7 Provide front desk reception duties which include handling all phone calls and manage internal & external customers in timely manners. \xc2\xb7 Guides customers throughout the registration and on-boarding process. \xc2\xb7 Deliver customer care to every student and family member, getting to know customer by name, answering questions and dealing with any challenges in a good manner. \xc2\xb7 Respond to all customer inquiries across all channels (including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Email) in timely manner. \xc2\xb7 To maintain good image of the office facilities at all times by doing some basic cleaning to ensure the office area is clean and safe to use. ADMIN DUTIES \xc2\xb7 Take student attendance & replacement class. \xc2\xb7 Collect and processing payment. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate between coaches and customer as required. \xc2\xb7 Attend weekly staff meetings. \xc2\xb7 Managing document filling and general office admin work. \xc2\xb7 Check and update stock list, office & centre utilities. \xc2\xb7 Assist on company advertising in social media. \xc2\xb7 Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior. JOB REQUIREMENT \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Equivalent. \xc2\xb7 At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. \xc2\xb7 Positive working attitudes and highly responsible. \xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skill. \xc2\xb7 Good time management skills. \xc2\xb7 Polite and good phone etiquette. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in major languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Computer Literate in Microsoft Excel and Words. \xc2\xb7 Ability to professionally evaluate and escalate problems/issues promptly when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Strong in planning, organizing skills, innovative and creative. \xc2\xb7 Candidates without experience, but possess positive attitude and fast learner are encouraged to apply. \xc2\xb7 Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. \xc2\xb7 Required to work 6 days a week. - Tuesday to Friday (2pm-9pm), Sat & Sun (8.30am-7pm). Rest day on weekday. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:
