Position: Full Time
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM level of education.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam
  • Having own transport will be an added advantage.
Salary: RM1,500.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday :
  • Liaise with supplier\'s shipment document and arrangement.
  • Work closely with Inventory, Account, Retail and Warehouse team with stock order /transfer.
  • General administrative task includes filing, checking order requests from branches.
  • Preparation of payment to the suppliers.
  • Data entry of supplier invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
  • Sorting, filing, retrieval of accounting records.
  • Assist with the accounting monthly closing.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
