  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in the event management industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Tanggungjawab
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring precision and timely payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Collaborate with the event management team to ensure smooth operations and communication.
