Job Description


  • Handle general administrative tasks, including sourcing, purchasing, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage company properties (e.g., vehicles, phones, laptops) and ensure timely renewals of insurance and road tax.
  • Maintain and update legal documents, agreements, and company insurance policies.
  • Assist in preparing sales documents (quotations, POs, invoices) and follow up on orders and payments.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior.
