ADMIN & ACCOUNT Location: Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Semenyih Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma or equivalent; \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate such as Microsoft Office and experience in administrative will also be considered. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill(s): accounting, customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, able to work independently/ team and proactive. s \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and issue monthly / periodically invoices to owners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle all daily collections for invoices issued to owners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with and attend to owners\xe2\x80\x99 queries regards of payments, billing, outstanding complaints & etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Setup and maintain a proper filling system \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare payment to service contractors and other creditors for Building Supervisor checking purpose. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order where necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle and carry out overall general office administration duties these include office stationery, inventory and operation equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any ad-hoc assignment / tasks given by superior time to time
