Admin Cum Document Controller

Job Description

We are looking for a Admin cum Document Controller in Tender department who is detail-oriented and capable of supporting administrative tasks and document management processes. This role will involve ensuring proper documentation control and providing administrative assistance to facilitate smooth project operations.

Job Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports. Maintain accurate records of documents, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving. Support the implementation of document control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. Update and manage the document control system to track revisions and maintain document versions. Assist in coordinating with internal departments for document submissions and approvals and coordination for tender briefing. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and handling correspondence. Help in compiling reports and presentations related to project progress and documentation. Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive information. Support procurement processes by managing vendor and supplier documentation. Address minor issues related to documentation promptly to avoid submission delays. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management.

Educational Background:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Property Development, or a related field.

Experience:



Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or document control roles, preferably in the property development industry. Exposure to project documentation and management systems is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:



Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of property development processes is an advantage.

Other Requirements:



Flexibility to work extended hours if required to meet project deadlines.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
