To perform general administrative & clerical support.
Administer and process all application for renewal of lorry insurance, roadtax, permit, puspakom booking within required time frame.
To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by company from time to time.
Documentations, declarations and other jobs related to the clearance of shipment.
To prepare documentation according to custom regulations, laws or procedures.
To perform custom declaration and update the custom registration no in the system.
To classify goods according to tariff finder system
To determine method of shipment and prepare or advise for preparation of bill of lading, invoices and other shipping documents
To provide shipment status notification to exporters, consignees or insurers.
To verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
To inform clients about factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers or regulations affecting shipments.
To compile all completed declaration documents and ensure all are in order to handover the documents to respective destination forwarding agent.
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Independent, adaptable and able to multi-task to meet deadlines.
Able to start work immediately.
Working hours : 9.00 am - 6.30pm (Monday to Friday)
9.00am - 1.00pm (first Saturday of every month)
