Job Summary:
The Admin Cum Human Resources Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting both administrative and human resources functions within the organization. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including office management, employee onboarding, HR record-keeping, and general administrative support. The individual in this role must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
- Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, emails, and forms of communication.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
- Draft and prepare official correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs [PBT liaising, Cuckoo Service, Cleaner]
- Support other department and staff members with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in benefits administration and support employees with HR-related queries.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned by supervisors.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in employment legislation.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year proven experience in administrative and/or human resources roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent in English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiarity with any HR System is a plus.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
