super-organized, proactive Admin cum Personal Assistant
to join our growing team. You'll be the go-to person for company documentation
and
the right hand to our big bosses when they're in town. This means you'll not only keep our paperwork in check but also help with scheduling, coordination, and sometimes even driving our bosses to meetings.
If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and love making things run smoothly -- this role is for you!
What You'll Do
Keep all company documents and records neat, updated, and organized.
Assist with admin tasks, from reports to contracts.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Be the point of contact between management and team members.
Drive our bosses around when they're visiting the office (yes, license required ).
Help out with day-to-day tasks to make everyone's life easier.
What We're Looking For
Good with people and great at communication (Mandarin & English required).
Malaysian.
Valid driving license (must be confident behind the wheel).
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Someone who's organized, reliable, and can handle multiple tasks at once.
Positive attitude -- you'll be working closely with management and the team.
