Requirements
- Applicants with or without experience are welcome ; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in Mandarin and English

- Assist in the execution of administrative and operational duties.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies, including PDPA.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation accurately.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and activities.
- To assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
