We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical / Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
o Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
o Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
o Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
o Assist in preparing reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.
o Coordinate appointments and meetings; manage calendars.
o Support other departments with administrative tasks when required.
o Ensure office supplies are maintained and replenished when necessary.
o Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the office environment.
