Coordinate training programs, onboarding, and HRDF claims
Prepare HR letters, contracts, confirmations; manage e-leave system
Maintain employee data in insurance systems; support recruitment (offer letters, background checks& medical checkup)
Handle compensation & benefits: insurance, SOCSO, medical claims, health metrics
Support ISO/TAPA audits and HR documentation compliance
Organize employee engagement activities
General administrative support
