We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin & HR Executive to support daily operations across administration, HR, accounts, and purchasing.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR & Foreign Worker Management
Prepare monthly payroll
Handle PLKS, FOMEMA, passport renewals
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
2. Purchasing
Source and purchase materials and supplies
Liaise with suppliers for quotations and orders
3. Accounts Support
Prepare online banking payments
Basic accounting entry (SQL Accounting)
Assist with bank reconciliation, submission of e-Invoice and SST
Liaise with external accountant
4. General Administration
Manage company fleet usage tracking, road tax, insurance, PUSPAKOM
Monitor monthly utilities and bills
Handle domain, email, website, cloud, licenses renewal
5. Ad-hoc Tasks
Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by management
Requirement
-Has experience in admin or HR and foreign worker administration
-Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
