  • Perform general office duties including filing, correspondence, and office supplies management.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Payroll Management
  • Process payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Maintain payroll records, track attendance, and manage leave.
Recruitment
  • Post job advertisements, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Assist with interviews and handle onboarding for new employees.
Payments and Invoicing
  • Manage payments, maintain transaction records, and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Communicate with vendors and manage payment schedules.
